First and foremost, we want to thank the Screenclaim community for your patience over the last few days. If you’ve experienced intermittent latency or connection hiccups recently, you aren't alone.

Our API has been the target of a sustained, heavy bot attack. The good news? Our mitigation strategies are actively working. We have deployed strict, targeted rate-limiting and intelligent routing shields at the edge to drop the junk traffic while keeping the lanes clear for our real users. Stability is our baseline, and we are keeping a close watch to ensure service remains smooth.

Expanding Our Infrastructure for You

While fighting off the bots, we’ve also been working behind the scenes to completely overhaul how we communicate with you. To better serve our growing community, we are officially launching three brand-new, dedicated hubs:

• Frictionless Feedback: We want to hear your ideas, and we wanted to make it as easy as possible. Optimizing Performance: New Data Retention Policy

As we scale, keeping our database lean and our API responses lightning-fast is crucial. To ensure our servers continue to perform optimally, we are implementing a new data retention policy. Moving forward, we will be routinely archiving and clearing out stale, legacy data. This prevents our infrastructure from being bogged down by unnecessary storage overhead and guarantees the platform remains snappy and responsive for everyone.

Looking Ahead: Screenclaim v4

While these infrastructure upgrades are a massive step forward, they are just the foundation for what comes next.

We are thrilled to announce that Screenclaim v4 is officially in the works. This next major evolution of the platform is currently our absolute top priority. We are pouring all of our development focus into making v4 faster, more powerful, and more intuitive than ever before.

We are currently on track to complete and roll out v4 by August.
