Screenclaim V4: We’re Rebuilding Everything from Scratch

It’s time to let you in on what we’ve been working on behind the scenes.

For a while now, we’ve been planning the next evolution of Screenclaim. We didn't just want to add a few features; we wanted to completely transform how you interact with your friends.

So, we made a huge decision: We are rewriting Screenclaim from the ground up.

Why a Rewrite?

We love the current app, but to do the crazy things we have planned, we needed a stronger engine. We are rebuilding the app using the latest next-gen mobile technology.

What does this mean for you?

The New Features (The Hype Train)

V4 isn't just about speed. We are adding the most requested features you’ve been asking for:

• 💬 Direct Messages: Finally! No more switching apps to react to a claim. Chat with friends, send voice notes, and share media directly inside Screenclaim.
• ✨ Profile Effects: Stand out in the friend list. We’re adding glowing profile picture borders and animated profile effects.
• Communities: Create and host your own public or private groups. Build a squad, set the rules, and claim together. This update will have new and improved community management tools!
• 📹 Live Wallpapers: Bring your friend’s phone to life by sending animated GIFs that play right on their lock screen. That's right, we are finally going to be doing GIF to MP4 conversions server side so live wallpapers are possible!

Rewriting an app from scratch is a massive undertaking. It takes hundreds of hours of coding, designing, and testing. Plus, features like Live Wallpapers and Media Chat require much more powerful servers than we have now.
